Security Executive (Operations Oversight – Cluster Level)
Reports to: Cluster Area Manager (CAMS)
Supervises: Site Supervisors / Security Supervisors and Security Officers within the assigned cluster
Liaises with: Client representatives, Facilities Management, Internal Ops teams, External Agencies (where required)
The Security Executive provides oversight, governance, and assurance of security operations across assigned sites within a cluster. The role ensures consistent compliance with SOPs, post orders, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements, and serves as the incident owner for security-related matters within the cluster.
This is a mobile, non-static role focused on supervision, incident management, and operational control rather than routine post duties.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
- Oversee day-to-day security operations across multiple sites within the assigned cluster.
- Ensure officers and supervisors comply with approved SOPs and post orders.
- Conduct site inspections, spot checks, and performance audits; document findings and follow up on gaps.
- Identify workforce, operational, or compliance risks and escalate promptly to CAMS with recommended actions.
Incident Management & Reporting
- Act as Incident Lead for security incidents and emergencies.
- Direct and coordinate response in accordance with Emergency Response Procedures (ERP) and site requirements.
- Escalate incidents and provide timely updates to CAMS and relevant client representatives where required.
- Conduct preliminary investigations and prepare incident reports, root‑cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions; track closure.
- Monitor officer performance, conduct, and compliance; identify trends and recurring gaps.
- Recommend coaching, retraining, counselling, or disciplinary actions to CAMS where required, supported by documented facts.
- Support onboarding, site induction, and refresher training.
- Participate in audits, inspections, drills, and red‑teaming exercises; support corrective follow‑up.
- Serve as the operational interface between CAMS, site supervisors, and clients to ensure service delivery standards.
- Coordinate security support for maintenance works, high‑risk activities, special events, and operational contingencies.
- Support CAMS in operational reviews and client meetings, including operational updates and incident summaries.
- Issue operational instructions during incidents or when immediate non‑compliance/safety risks are observed, in line with SOPs and contract requirements.
- Recommend removal from post, redeployment, or temporary stand‑down from duty (subject to CAMS approval and internal process).
- Accountable for security performance, incident ownership, and operational compliance across the assigned cluster.
- Accountable for timely reporting, quality of investigations, and closure of corrective action.
Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory
- Valid Singapore Security Officer / Senior Security Officer licence (PLRD), as applicable.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in supervisory or executive security operations.
- Proven experience in incident handling, investigation, and report writing.
- Able to be on‑call and respond outside normal working hours when required.
Preferred
- Multi‑site or cluster oversight experience.
- CERT / ERP / crisis management training.
- Own transport preferred (able to travel between multiple sites, including after‑hours response where required).
