  • Ensure officers and supervisors comply with approved SOPs and post orders.
  • Conduct site inspections, spot checks, and performance audits; document findings and follow up on gaps.

  • Direct and coordinate response in accordance with Emergency Response Procedures (ERP) and site requirements.
  • Escalate incidents and provide timely updates to CAMS and relevant client representatives where required.
  • Conduct preliminary investigations and prepare incident reports, root‑cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions; track closure.
  • Monitor officer performance, conduct, and compliance; identify trends and recurring gaps.
  • Recommend coaching, retraining, counselling, or disciplinary actions to CAMS where required, supported by documented facts.
  • Support onboarding, site induction, and refresher training.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, drills, and red‑teaming exercises; support corrective follow‑up.
  • Serve as the operational interface between CAMS, site supervisors, and clients to ensure service delivery standards.
  • Coordinate security support for maintenance works, high‑risk activities, special events, and operational contingencies.
  • Support CAMS in operational reviews and client meetings, including operational updates and incident summaries.
  • Issue operational instructions during incidents or when immediate non‑compliance/safety risks are observed, in line with SOPs and contract requirements.
  • Recommend removal from post, redeployment, or temporary stand‑down from duty (subject to CAMS approval and internal process).
  • Accountable for security performance, incident ownership, and operational compliance across the assigned cluster.
  • Accountable for timely reporting, quality of investigations, and closure of corrective action.

  • Able to be on‑call and respond outside normal working hours when required.
Preferred
  • Multi‑site or cluster oversight experience.
  • CERT / ERP / crisis management training.
  • Own transport preferred (able to travel between multiple sites, including after‑hours response where required).
