A leading engineering firm located in Singapore is seeking a Service Manager focused on Business Development for ACMV projects. This role involves leading tenders, managing service contracts, and developing competitive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ACMV systems, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Attractive remuneration package available.

- 8–10 years in ACMV service and maintenance, including 3–5 years in a managerial/BD role.
- Proven experience in tendering and contract management.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:- Lead tenders, proposals, and ACMV project bidding to secure new business.
- Manage and renew service contracts for profitability and client retention.
- Develop marketing strategies, promotions, and competitive pricing.
- Prepare and review service quotations and proposals.
- Handle client feedback and complaints to maintain strong, repeat partnerships.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement service improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and key stakeholders.
- Attend site surveys and pre-tender briefings to provide technical and strategic input.
- Guide and develop the service team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure smooth service delivery and contract execution.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8–10 years in ACMV service and maintenance, including 3–5 years in a managerial/BD role.
- Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, etc.).
- Proven experience in tendering, contract management, and client relationship building.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tender documentation.
