- Manage C4 resource planning and new connection to overseas partners.
- Support internal and external audit preparations and exercises for the system
- Manage and implement system and security patches, as well as system updates.
- Address and resolve customer escalations effectively.
- Support SPF to prepare for special events, include drawer plan for emergency situation.
- Support SPF and IMDA blocking of calling number related spam or scam calls.
- Managing IMDA directive related to scam prevention and testing.
- Degree in IT/Computer.
- Related 8 years of work experience in telecom, networking and IT Telco or networking experience.
- Knowledge inTCP/IP networking (include DNS / DHCP),SIP protocol,Linux knowledge andISDN signalling.
- Knowledge inLinux Scripting,Python Programming,Pandas andWeb-scraping.
