Solution Architect – (Mobile & Payment Applications/ Tech Lead/ Attractive Bonus/ Central/ Permanent Role)

We’re seeking a Solution Architect or Tech Lead to drive the design and delivery of secure, scalable mobile and web-based payment solutions. This role bridges business objectives with technical execution—ensuring exceptional user experiences backed by robust, compliant, and high-performing systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end architecture for mobile and web payment platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full software lifecycle, ensuring code quality and architectural integrity.
• Integrate internal systems, payment gateways, and banking APIs.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and operations teams to align solutions with business and user goals.
• Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, GDPR, and other data security and compliance standards.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS), and performance optimization.
• Present technical strategies and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of software development experience, including 3 years plus in a technical leadership or architectural role.
• Proven experience designing and delivering customer-facing apps, ideally in the financial or payments domain.
• Hands-on expertise in mobile app development (iOS/Android) and front-end frameworks (React, Angular).
• Strong backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures.
• Deep understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and security protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
