A leading IT services provider in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage office IT infrastructure and ensure stable performance of networks and systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of IT support experience, with strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. This role involves troubleshooting, managing cloud resources, and supporting compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and operations for the Singapore office, ensuring stable performance of networks, devices, and IT systems.
- Manage office IT infrastructure to maintain high availability of network, security, conferencing, and printing systems.
- Deliver efficient IT support by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues; coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
- Drive local information security and compliance initiatives in alignment with corporate standards and policies.
- Support cloud resource operations (AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud), collaborate with regional IT teams, and participate in cross-regional IT project implementation.
- Assist in the operation and management of global SaaS applications, and provide IT support to other international offices when needed.
Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or system operations; experience in a multinational environment preferred.
- Familiar with common office network architectures, SaaS platforms, and cloud infrastructure management, CCNA certification or cloud platform certification is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin; able to collaborate effectively with regional IT teams and external vendors.
- Strong user service mindset, proactive and responsible, capable of working independently.
- Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
