Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a support administrator to oversee sales coordination and office administration functions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, with entry-level applicants welcomed as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide support for sales coordination and office administration.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and maintain satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and organized records for compliance.
- Perform data entry and general administrative duties.
- Ensure office areas are well-maintained and assist with ad-hoc tasks.

- Oversee and provide support for the full spectrum of sales coordination, office administration, and accounting functions.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) with accurate costing, coordinate job assignments to contractors, and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Work closely with the sales team and handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of ROs, POs, shipments, invoices, and tax documents to ensure compliance and easy retrieval.
- Perform data entry and general administrative duties to support smooth daily operations.
- Ensure the office and work areas are well‑maintained, and assist with any ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Manager or Executive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
