A leading project sales firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to drive sales across residential and hospitality markets. You will secure projects, manage relationships with stakeholders, and enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years in project sales and excellent communication skills. Office hours are Monday to Friday, and a competitive salary of up to $5000 is offered, along with benefits.

Responsibilities:
Identify and secure residential and hospitality projects across all market segments.
Drive product specification and adoption, focusing on both small-scale and long-term mega-projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, and design firms.
Conduct engaging product presentations and technical briefings to project stakeholders.
Communicate the company’s value in terms of design, innovation, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
Promote brand presence in condominiums, apartments, and hotels.
Collaborate with marketing to execute events, seminars, showcases, and digital campaigns.
Ensure consistent product messaging across all sales and marketing channels.
Develop and implement sales strategies to capture market opportunities and win key projects.
Track project pipeline, conversion rates, and market trends, providing input for product and marketing improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
5–8 years’ experience in project sales, key account management, or distributor/channel management, preferably in building materials, home improvement, or interior products.
Proven track record in handling both mid-market and premium project segments.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence in engaging architects, developers, and consultants.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional sales teams.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
