We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented freelance/part-time sales consultant to join our maid agency team.

You will play a key role in matching clients with suitable migrant domestic workers, guiding them through the hiring process and ensuring excellent post-sales support.


Responsibilities

  • This role involves managing day-to-day agency activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This involves the end-to-end process of the domestic helper placement cycle that includes sourcing, selection, interviews, contract preparation, and client support
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other relevant government agencies.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.
  • Achieve sales targets and drive business growth by developing and implementing fresh strategies to enhance customer experience and broaden market reach.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a maid agency with hands-on knowledge of the maid placement process.
  • Must possess Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
  • Familiar with the MOM regulations and wide industry practices.
  • Customer-centric; excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
