As a Sales Support at Kuoni Tumlare, you will play a crucial role in providing back-end support to sales activities. Your responsibilities will include generating quotations tailored to the needs of travel agents, assisting in pre-blocking rooms for Adhoc & Series Business, and coordinating with DO's for pre-quotation support. Additionally, you will be responsible for following up with agents on quotations to ensure effective communication and support throughout the sales process.To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in any European language being advantageous. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for reporting, is essential. Your proactive work approach, negotiation skills, and attention to detail will be key assets in supporting the sales team effectively.The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, along with a good understanding of destinations and services in Europe.
