Job Description:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C sectors.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, including contractors, developers, architects, and distributors.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical product information.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional materials, trade shows, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and pricing strategies.
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and after-sales support.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.

Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales/marketing experience in the construction materials or manufacturing industry.
  • Prior experience selling metal-based products (e.g., doors, grilles, frames) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical product features and applications.
  • Ability to read architectural/engineering drawings is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites and client offices.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
