Job Scopes :

Admin Assistant (HR Assistant)

• Answer phone calls and handle walk-in enquiries
• Manage appointment scheduling and meeting arrangements
• Perform data entry, filing, and document handling
• Support daily office operations and coordination
• Handle some HR Admin role (leave management, leave record, arrange interview, etc.)

Sales Coordinator

• Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations
• Support sales team with order processing and follow-ups
• Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics and customers
• Maintain and update sales records and reports
• Communicate with clients for after-sales service and feedback

Job Requirements:

• Entry Level are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
