Job description

Additionally, you are a collaborative partner who excels at building and leveraging cross-functional relationships to develop best practices by bringing together ideas, information, use cases, and industry analyses.In this position, your primary responsibilities will include providing surgeons and operating room staff with training and clinical/technical support in operating the company's robotic arm applications, associated equipment, and instruments to ensure ideal placement and precision. You will utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for use with the company's RIO/ Robotic Arm Interactive Orthopedic System, assisting surgeons in preoperative implant planning, sizing, and positioning. Furthermore, you will generate comprehensive reports and associated metrics for management, supervisors, and the company's regulatory department, outlining case reviews, services performed, and recommendations for product, documentation, and methodology improvements. You will be responsible for managing local MAKO consigned equipment, instrument, implant, and disposables inventories, processing sales orders, and providing forecast input to the District Sales Manager. Additionally, you will support company roadshow demonstrations and "Showsite" visits to showcase the product to potential customers and demonstrate its clinical value. Your role will also involve training physicians, hospital personnel, and operating room staff, as well as providing prompt and accurate complaint reports in accordance with MAKOs quality system. To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Biomedical Engineering (Btech Biomedical preferred), along with at least 1 year of work experience. Experience in operating theater environments will be advantageous.,
