A marketing company in Singapore is looking for a sales and marketing assistant to effectively manage listing forms, track sales activities, and prepare reports. You will work closely with the sales ops team and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. Prepare and submit listing forms and promotional forms on a timely manner.
Assist to track sales activities and progress against target.
Maintain accurate records of master price list and catalogue.
Prepare weekly sales report.
Work closely with sales ops team to ensure healthy inventory in retailers' warehouse.
Assist and support the office administrative duties in sales.
Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collaterals for trade promotions.
Ensure timely execution of point-of-sale marketing materials, displays, and in-store promotions.
Assist to analyse market trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities.
Collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
Other ad-hoc job-related duties as assigned.
