Job Description
· Develop strategic and tactical Safety Solutions growth & investment plans in the territory.
· Elevate the competency of internal and stakeholders to establish Eindec as a trusted safety solutions provider.
· Develop the channel network to improve the regional coverage to drive sales growth.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales activities and results.
· Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer feedback and regulatory changes in the safety and PPE landscape to adjust strategies accordingly.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· Experience in PPE and safety related products and services
· Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders – customers, end users and co-workers.
· Self-starter and able to work independently.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
· Willingness to travel across the region.
