Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to manage contractor safety performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include conducting safety assessments, leading safety meetings, and maintaining documentation. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree qualification and be MOM SIC Supervisor trained. This full-time role offers a structured schedule from Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• MOM SIC Supervisor trained.
• Knowledge of WSH/process plant safety required.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor SSHE performance and safety scorecard.
• Conduct safety walkabouts and close out findings.
• Investigate incidents and near misses.
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks and LPS activities.
• Maintain safety records (LPO, NLI, incident reports).
• Liaise closely with Company Safety & Operations teams.
