Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and staff performance. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, inventory control, budgeting, and maintaining health and safety standards. The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience and driving overall business success.

Job Description
  • Oversees operations of the outlet, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
  • Motivates staff and maintains an open channel of communication between the staff and management
  • Hires and trains staff
  • Organizes and oversees the staff schedules
  • Ensures customer satisfaction, handles and resolves customer complaints
  • Manages and maintains stock inventory
  • Reports daily sales
Job Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience working in the Food & Beverage.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, dedicated to enhancing the customer experience.
  • Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines
  • Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a clean, safe dining environment.
