Job summary

A leading manufacturer in Singapore is looking for a team member to operate and maintain sanitation standards in the Dry Process areas. This role requires at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industries, and a commitment to quality and safety. Key tasks include meeting production targets, ensuring equipment cleanliness, and actively participating in quality improvement projects. The position offers company transportation from selected MRT stations and operates on a rotating shift basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food or pharmaceutical industry.

Our client is a leading manufacturer operating in the food and beverage industry.

About the role

Responsible for the operating and sanitation of Dry Process areas, equipment and perform tasks, including manual task, efficiently and effectively meeting or exceeding all company objectives, requirements, and policie.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment is maintained clean and meeting highest sanitary standards. Be knowledgeable with applicable Company Quality Standards, procedures and guidelines. To ensure continuous compliance to GMP in designated areas of responsibilities and to immediately report all observations of GMP non-conformances.
• Ensure product quality as per company standards.
• Ensure production targets are met on a daily basis and that product yields are achieved as per standard.
• Provide ideas and participate in projects to improve quality, efficiency, cost and safety of the drying process.
• Notifies Senior / Production Supervisor (Dry Process) immediately of any events or conditions which put at risk the company objectives, requirements and policies including quality, safety and environmental related issues.
• Perform tasks and other duties including manual tasks as required and/or as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food or pharmaceutical industry.
• Secondary education, GCE N / O / A, NTC / ITC / NITEC or equivalent.
• Computer literate.
• Basic knowledge of Technical and quality food safety standards and systems
• Understanding of factory and department KPI's and strive to achieve the results.
• Ability to meet activity timelines set by Supervisor by ensuring standard procedures and safety.
• Ability to follow Standard operating procedures, Work instructions
• Ability to take instructions, and follow them as needed. Be active team member and provide positive cooperation to the team.
• Ability to take self initiatives in improving ways to improve hygiene, safety and process.

• Work location: Tuas (company transport is provided in selected MRT stations)
• Work Days: Based on rotating shifts
• Contract duration: 1-2 years
