Job summary
A healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a performance management officer. You will be responsible for monitoring KPIs, data analysis, and supporting quality improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree, strong analytical skills, and at least 4 years of experience in healthcare operations. This role requires effective communication and project management skills.
Qualifications
- 4 years’ working experience, preferably in healthcare operations.
- Self-directed and independent with the ability to work under tight timelines.
- An excellent team player who is resourceful and meticulous.
Responsibilities
- Support the department in performance management-related activities.
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in ad-hoc data analysis for outpatient clinic operations.
Skills
Education
You will be responsible in supporting the department in performance management-related activities which includes the regular monitoring and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as the interpretation and presentation of key trends to Senior Management. You will assist in ad-hoc data analysis for outpatient clinic operations and support in the facilitation of quality improvement projects. In addition, you will be involved in other Department-level roles such as business continuity planning (BCP), risk assessment and civil emergency planning.
- Degree in any discipline with 4 years’ working experience, preferably in healthcare operations
- Strong data analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Self-directed and independent with the ability to work under tight timelines
- An excellent team player who is resourceful and meticulous
