Role Overview

Hiring a Head of BD (APAC) or Senior Account Executive (APAC) to lead regional business development and client acquisition efforts across DeFi, CeFi, and TradFi players entering Web3. This is a senior role requiring deep APAC ecosystem knowledge and the ability to drive strategic sales.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities with exchanges, protocols, asset managers, and ecosystems in APAC
  • Build and maintain key client relationships across DeFi and CeFi
  • Shape and execute regional sales strategy in close collaboration with global teams
  • Represent the company at industry events and forums
Requirements
  • 3+ years in crypto, fintech, or related fields
  • Strong network and understanding of APAC market dynamics
  • Proven experience closing deals and driving pipeline growth
  • Deep familiarity with DeFi and Web3 risk products preferred
