The Role

You will lead the charge in budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls, ensuring our day-to-day operations run like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight: Lead day-to-day finance operations and optimize working capital to fuel business growth.

• Policy & Compliance: Formulate robust accounting policies and ensure we stay ahead of regulatory standards.

• Insights & Analysis: Provide Management with high-level financial updates, performance forecasts, and actionable insights.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between the company and external partners, including banks, tax agents, and auditors.

• Process Improvement: Drive the annual audit process and spearhead ad-hoc projects to modernize our financial systems.

What You Bring

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or a similar professional qualification.

• 5+ years of finance experience, specifically within the Retail or F&B sectors.

• High proficiency in Excel and a solid track record in Group Consolidation.
