Zusammenfassung
A leading healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking candidates for an administrative role focused on managing registry applications and data collection for clinical studies. The ideal applicant should possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in handling data, and ideally have experience in patient care. A minimum degree in a healthcare field is required. Qualifikationen
- Strong administrative and coordination skills, able to multi-task and work well with data.
- Experience with patient care will be an advantage.
- Minimum Degree in any Healthcare field or equivalent.
Aufgaben
- Prepare Domain Specific Review Board (DSRB) applications and make ongoing amendments to the registry.
- Review the inclusion/exclusion criteria with the custodian of the registry.
- Explain objectives of data collection to participant and obtain informed consent.
- Closely monitor participants’ outcome, track their follow‑up visits and ensure data collected for post‑op is within acceptable period.
- Prepare data for doctors’ research study.
- Ensure assessment for each participant is accurate and complete.
- Ensure data entered into database is consistent with the source data.
- Keep and file copies of all required documents of the registry.
- Submit and present monthly report and clinical indicators to custodian of the registry and reporting officer.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to improve clinical outcomes and patients’ satisfaction.

Work Location: West (nearest MRT: Kent Ridge)
