Qualifications

• Min 5 years experience in Condo and Landed properties construction.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Ability to demonstrate a basic knowledge of materials and their application.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales enquiry together with Director as a team.
• Manage min 6-8 projects at any one time.

• Drafting of 2D spatial plan layouts.
• Prepare BQ quotations.
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors to address client's requirements.
• Work with Project Manager to ensure full onsite project completion.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure the highest quality of onsite work deliveries.
• Accompany client to designated vendors for materials, accessories and furniture selections when needed.
• Coordinate with inhouse drafter and 3D team.
• Source reference material and research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.
