Job description
Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Programmes Executive to oversee our work in building and educating communities and designing solutions for church partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement solutions for church partners to address their climate, biodiversity and waste impacts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, volunteers, and partner organisations to support programme delivery and long‑term collaboration.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of key events through the year, particularly communities of practice and an annual conference/forum.
  • Regularly contribute to existing programmes and initiatives at OFW when needed.
Qualifications & Skills

Essential

  • Excellent inter‑personal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in event planning, stakeholder engagement, or project management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Software skills: MS Office, GSuite, Telegram, WhatsApp, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram (experience desirable, aptitude essential).
  • Fluency in English

Desirable but not required

  • Familiarity with NGO settings, church contexts and/or faith‑based organisations
  • Experience in sustainability, climate, or conservation work
  • Theological training
  • Fluency in Mandarin
