A leading sales-focused company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to develop effective sales strategies, build client relationships, and lead a sales team. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Business Administration or related fields and at least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the wholesale sector. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the wholesale trading sector.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Conduct training sessions to enhance team members' sales skills and product knowledge.
Negotiation and Deal Closure:
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively.
Ensure profitability while maintaining competitive pricing strategies.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and generate regular reports for management.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to meet targets.
Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the wholesale trading sector.
Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective strategies.
