Job summary
A leading financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a professional for a 6-month contract focusing on data management, tax compliance, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have a Degree in Accounting or Finance and 3-4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint is required. The role is based at Changi Airport and offers a salary range of $3,500 to $4,000 per month.

- Good understanding of financial reporting and tax principles.
Responsibilities
- Collate and organize financial and tax documents.
- Compile and provide financial data to external tax advisors.
- Work closely with internal teams to gather and verify information.

Salary Range: $3,500 to $4,000 / month
- Collate and organize financial and tax documents from internal systems and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records in SharePoint for easy retrieval
- Ensure completeness and consistency of data for audits, liquidation, and compliance
- Compile and provide financial data to external tax advisors
- Assist in reconciliations and analysis for tax compliance and audits
- Coordinate with tax agents and maintain proper records of tax filings and correspondences
- Support projects such as entity liquidation, tax health checks, and tax audits
- Work closely with internal teams (Tax, Finance, Legal, Operations) to gather and verify information
- Liaise with external advisors to meet deliverables and deadlines
- Track progress and provide regular status updates
- Provide ad hoc assistance for finance and tax initiatives as required
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–4 years of experience in accounting, tax compliance, or audit
- Good understanding of financial reporting and tax principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint (knowledge of Globe3 is a plus)
