Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duration: 6 months

Working Location: Changi Airport

Salary Range: $3,500 to $4,000 / month

Job Responsibilities

1. Data Management & Documentation

• Collate and organize financial and tax documents from internal systems and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records in SharePoint for easy retrieval
• Ensure completeness and consistency of data for audits, liquidation, and compliance

2. Tax Support

• Compile and provide financial data to external tax advisors
• Assist in reconciliations and analysis for tax compliance and audits
• Coordinate with tax agents and maintain proper records of tax filings and correspondences
• Support projects such as entity liquidation, tax health checks, and tax audits

3. Stakeholder & Advisor Liaison

• Work closely with internal teams (Tax, Finance, Legal, Operations) to gather and verify information
• Liaise with external advisors to meet deliverables and deadlines
• Track progress and provide regular status updates
• Provide ad hoc assistance for finance and tax initiatives as required

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–4 years of experience in accounting, tax compliance, or audit
• Good understanding of financial reporting and tax principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint (knowledge of Globe3 is a plus)
