We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency initiatives. This role is responsible for preparing accurate financial statements, managing accounts receivable, overseeing audits, and enhancing financial controls. You will also play a key role in driving digital transformation within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in line with FRS.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely submission of GST and related filings.
  • Manage accounts payable, journal entries, accruals, and bank reconciliations.
  • Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors and tax authorities.
  • Strengthen financial controls, update SOPs, and implement process improvements.
  • Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives in the finance department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of finance experience.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
