A reputable engineering firm in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E Coordinator to oversee and coordinate mechanical and electrical works. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and good knowledge of local regulations. Strong skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office are preferred, with proficiency in Auto Revit MEP as an advantage. The position involves ensuring timely project completion and compliance with safety standards.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications preferred.

- Coordinate, review, and monitor M&E works to ensure compliance.
- Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on technical issues.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation.

- Coordinate, review, and monitor M&E works to ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, and authorities’ regulations.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities on technical and site issues.
- Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
- Supervise installation works on-site and ensure proper execution according to approved drawings and method statements.
- Plan and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of M&E works in line with the project program.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
- Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines.
- Prepare progress reports, documentation, and follow up on rectification works.
- Ensure M&E works comply with workplace safety and health standards.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination within the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of local codes, regulations, and authority submission requirements (e.g., BCA, PUB, EMA, SCDF, NEA).
- Experienced in Auto Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
