Strong skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office are preferred, with proficiency in Auto Revit MEP as an advantage. Responsibilities

• Coordinate, review, and monitor M&E works to ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, and authorities’ regulations.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities on technical and site issues.
• Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
• Supervise installation works on-site and ensure proper execution according to approved drawings and method statements.
• Plan and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of M&E works in line with the project program.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and follow up on rectification works.
• Ensure M&E works comply with workplace safety and health standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination within the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of local codes, regulations, and authority submission requirements (e.g., BCA, PUB, EMA, SCDF, NEA).
• Experienced in Auto Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
