Roles
HR Operations & Administration (Generalist), Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
- Oversee and administer all aspects of payroll processing and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Manage and track employee leave entitlements (annual leave, sick leave, etc.) and related policies.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of HR records and employee files.
- Lead the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
- Review and possibly draft/amend employment contracts and HR policies to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
Performance Management & Development
- Lead the review, redesign, and improvement of the performance appraisal system and processes.
- Work with management to implement new performance management strategies that align with business goals.
Requirements
- Experience: Approximately 10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant time spent as an HR generalist.
- Organizational Scale: Proven experience managing the complete HR function within a small to mid-sized organization (around 50 employees) with a limited HR team (lean HR setup).
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore's employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Strong operational skills across payroll, recruitment, and administration.
- Ability to act both strategically (system improvement) and operationally (day-to-day tasks).
