Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Site & Project Management
• Supervise day-to‑day construction site activities and workforce.
• Coordinate with project manager, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Plan daily work and allocate manpower and resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with plans and specifications.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to safety rules, regulations, and policies.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Maintain site safety records and report incidents immediately.

Quality Control

• Inspect materials, tools, and work to ensure quality standards.
• Resolve onsite technical and work‑related issues with engineers or consultants. Ensure workers are equipped with the required PPE.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented for any defects.
• Documentation and Recording
• Maintain site records including attendance and time‑cards.

Team Coordination

• Supervise and guide site workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure productivity and discipline of site workforce.Arrange and manage dormitory for worker and handle workers’ issues.
• Communicate clearly with management regarding site status and issues.
