Job summary
A leading artisan bakery in Singapore is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a culinary certificate and at least one year of supervisory experience in Western cuisine. Benefits include medical and dental coverage, staff discounts, and free meals. - Oversee and hands‑on involvement in daily kitchen operations
- Oversee inventory, ordering and wastage
- Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards
- Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
- Assist kitchen managers and chefs in ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner, and adhering to kitchen workflow
- Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
- Certificate in Culinary Skills or its equivalent
- Preferably 1 year supervisory experience in a kitchen specialising in Western cuisine
- Good team player and self‑motivated
- Able to work on weekends/public holidays
- Split shift required (3 - 6pm)
