Job Description
  • Oversee and hands‑on involvement in daily kitchen operations
  • Oversee inventory, ordering and wastage
  • Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards
  • Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
  • Assist kitchen managers and chefs in ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner, and adhering to kitchen workflow
  • Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
Requirements
  • Certificate in Culinary Skills or its equivalent
  • Preferably 1 year supervisory experience in a kitchen specialising in Western cuisine
  • Good team player and self‑motivated
  • Able to work on weekends/public holidays
  • Split shift required (3 - 6pm)
