Job description

Our client is a premium indoor golf simulator club offering a vibrant social environment with food and beverage service. We are looking for a service-oriented F&B Crew cum Mixologist to deliver quality drinks, support daily F&B operations, and create an enjoyable experience for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and signature drinks, ready to eat food
  • Support daily bar and F&B service operations
  • Recommend and upsell food & beverages, promotions, and light food items
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the bar area
  • Handle cashless POS transactions accurately
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations
  • Assist in stock control, replenishment, and wastage management
  • Support club events, functions, and peak-hour operations
Requirements
  • Prior experience in F&B service and/or bar operations
  • Basic mixology or bartending knowledge (training provided if required)
  • Possess or willing to obtain WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 and Hygiene certification
  • Service-oriented, presentable, and customer-focused
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
