📍Location: TutorJohn Learning Centre – Choa Chu Kang / Tampines
💼Position: Full-Time HR Manager
💰Salary: $3,000 – $4,200/month (Based on Experience + Performance Review)
🗓Work Days: 5 Days (Weekdays)
🕒Hours: Weekdays: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

👩💼 Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Staffing
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for tutors, admin staff, and centre managers
    • Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and staff orientation
  • HR Operations & Compliance
    • Prepare and manage employment contracts, HR documents, and staff records
    • Oversee attendance tracking, LOA, payroll coordination, and CPF matters
    • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment laws
  • Policies, SOPs & Performance
    • Implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes
    • Support performance reviews, staff feedback, and disciplinary matters
    • Handle sensitive and confidential HR issues professionally
  • People Support & Management
    • Act as a point of contact for staff HR-related matters
    • Work closely with centre managers to support team welfare and operations
