Job summary

Job Scope
  • Maintain records to ensure readiness for regulatory audits. This includes:
  • Monitor the validity of all nursing certifications and coordinate with Nurse Managers to schedule necessary re‑certification training.
  • Perform regular audits of medication and ward stock levels to prevent overstocking and initiate timely replenishment requests.
  • Liaise with the Operations team and hospital pharmacists to process prescription forms and coordinate the collection of medication orders.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of ward staff rosters.
  • Provide general administrative support to operations and reception as needed.
