Zusammenfassung
A recruitment agency based in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage invoices and maintain financial records. The role requires a degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and proficiency in Xero Accounting and Excel. Applicants should email their resumes for consideration. - Review and process invoices promptly.
- Handle supplier invoices and staff claims.
- Prepare payments to suppliers.
- Reconcile payments with bank statements.
- Assist with tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

- Review and process invoices promptly to ensure accurate cost and revenue reporting in the financial records.
- Handle supplier invoices and staff claims, entering them into the Xero accounting system.
- Prepare payments to suppliers.
- Reconcile payments with bank statements and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist with any additional tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Experience in Xero Accounting and Microsoft Excel.
