Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Financial Analyst to handle monthly forecasts, budgets, and provide financial insights within the Property and Real Estate industry. The successful candidate should have a degree in Accountancy and 3-5 years of relevant experience, along with strong analytical skills and familiarity with group reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of financial analysis experience in Property/Real estate industry.
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis reports.
- Support strategic planning with financial models and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights for decision-making.

- Assist with system testing and improvement of financial planning tools.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 3–5 years of financial analysis experience in Property/Real estate industry.
- Strong analytical and Excel modelling skills.
- Familiar with group reporting systems.
Salary: $3,000 to $5,000
