Job summary

A real estate investment company in Singapore is seeking a Leasing Executive to manage the leasing of properties within its assigned portfolio. The role involves supporting and implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy, securing tenancies, and conducting market research. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Estate Management or related fields and 1 year of relevant experience. Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates registered under the EAA will have an advantage.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in marketing and leasing.

• Registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess equivalent qualifications will have added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s assigned portfolio.
• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
• Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing.
• 1 year of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with some network of contacts.
