A facilities management company is seeking a Property Executive to oversee services and ensure compliance with performance standards. Responsibilities include scheduling maintenance, conducting inspections, and preparing reports. Candidates should have knowledge in facilities management and good coordination skills. Travel to Pulau Ubin is required. This role offers a salary range of $3600 to $4000.

- Good coordination skill in managing contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Able to travel to Pulau Ubin.
Responsibilities
- Oversee facilities management services to ensure compliance with contract performance standards.
- Schedule and manage preventive maintenance, pest control, and landscaping.
- Conduct weekly inspections and meetings to ensure cleanliness standards.
- Ensure IFM services meet performance KPIs.
- Investigate and analyze incidents to identify root causes.
- Coordinate logistics and support for meetings and events.
- Prepare and compile monthly operational reports.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Basic Salary: $3600 - $4000
- Oversee facilities management services to ensure compliance with contract performance standards.
- Schedule and manage preventive maintenance, pest control, and landscaping through appointed contractors.
- Conduct weekly inspections and meetings to ensure cleanliness standards.
- Ensure Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services meet performance KPIs.
- Investigate and analyze incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate logistics and support for meetings and events, including sourcing quotations and raising invoices.
- Prepare and compile monthly operational reports.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Knowledge in Facilities Management / Property Management
- Good coordination skill in managing contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Able to travel to Pulau Ubin ( 7 mins ferry from Punggol )
