Position has responsibility for supervisingand coordinating activities of employees delivering Massage services, includingTCM treatments, program coordination, reservations, reception desk, massage andlocker room areas. Position focuses on ensuring guest and employee satisfactionand achieving the operating budget.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED; 3 yearsexperience in the Massage, guest services, or related professional area.

Supporting Management of Massage Operationsand Budgets
- Assumes the responsibilities of the MassageDirector in his/her absence.
- Ensures all employees have the propersupplies, equipment and uniforms.
- Comprehends budgets, operating statementsand payroll progress reports as needed to assist in the financial management ofdepartment.
- Manages supplies and equipmentinventories within budget.
- Maintains cleanliness of Massage andrelated areas and equipment.
- Understands the impact of department’soperations on the overall property financial goals and objectives and managingto achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
Ensuring and Delivering ExceptionalCustomer Service
- Sets a positive example for guestrelations.
- Interacts with guests to obtain feedbackon product quality and service levels.
- Handles guest problems and complaints.

Conducting Human Resources Activities

- Supports a Massage orientation programfor employees to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfullyperform their job.
- Supervises on-going training initiativesand conducting training when appropriate.

- Celebrates successes and publiclyrecognizes the contributions of team members.
- Ensures property policies areadministered fairly and consistently, disciplinary procedures and documentationare completed according to Standard and Local Operating Procedures (SOPs andLSOPs) and support the Peer Review Process.
- Assists the Massage Director in managingthe day-to-day operations of the Massage as necessary.
