A construction recruitment agency based in Singapore is seeking experienced professionals for project execution in various construction activities. Key responsibilities include leading structural building works, translating technical specifications into actionable plans, and managing site activities. Ideal candidates should have a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, 3-8 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD. This role emphasizes coordination and practical engineering to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- 3-8 years’ experience running construction projects, including building works and structural steel.
- Strong in coordination and sequencing of projects.
- Familiar with RA/MOS and safety requirements.
Responsabilités
- Lead structural steel, building works, and bollard installations.
- Translate drawings and technical specifications into a construction plan.
- Manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.

- Lead structural steel, building works, bollard installations and integrated works.
- Translate drawings, technical specs, and site conditions into a clear construction plan.
- Coordinate fabrication, delivery, manpower, lifting, installation, testing & commissioning.
- Plan site logistics, sequence of work and safety requirements.
- Manage subcontractors, workers, clients and main con site teams.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
- Identify design clashes, buildability issues and gaps early.
- Use AutoCAD/ basic CAD tools to prepare shop drawings or mark-ups.
- Work closely with in-house drafter and engineers.
- Handle method statements, RA/MOS, authority submission requirements.
- Build realistic schedules.
- Track progress and manpower.
- Anticipate delays and clear roadblocks.
- Push projects to completion.
- Diploma/ Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or Construction Management
- 3-8 years’ experience running construction projects (Building works, structural steel, façade, railings, etc.)
- Strong in coordination, sequencing, and practical engineering
- Work closely with consultants, QS, site supervisors etc
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Familiar with RA/MOS, PTW, safety requirements.
