About the Role

We are seeking Manager / Senior Manager role in Fullerton Health, Group Operations Centre of Excellence. This role involves managing the various projects in Group Operations across the different operating markets. This will include leading and coordinating the regional product processes and deliverables.

The ideal candidate should be competent in healthcare or third-party administration operations and comfortable in managing stakeholders across different operating markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution & Evaluation
  • Lead and support the enhancements in uplifting the regional product to ensure frictionless experience across the different markets.
  • Work with the different stakeholders in the various countries and functions to coordinate seamless hand-off workflow and drive resolution of potential obstacles.
  • Develop key measurements which will track and monitor the success of the initiatives.
  • Use data-driven approaches to evaluate project outcomes and impact.
  • Continuously refine and scale successful initiatives.
  • Operational Strategic Oversight
  • Collaborate with leadership and partner with countries and functions (Operations, Technology, Finance) to implement future Target Operating Model (TOM).
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the different markets.
  • Continuous improvement and innovate Operations Excellence practices.
Other Requirements
  • 6–10 years in operations. Business process re‑engineering experience is a plus.
