We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Sales Director to join our client in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growing businesses in an international sales environment and with complex product portfolios. You will bring extensive experience in the Water industry and work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop new business opportunities and cultivate a people development and continuous improvement mindset within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key distributors and customers
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics to guide business decisions
  • Leads regional brand strategy and mentors marketing and product teams on brand development
  • Owns and drives segment profitability, including full P&Aco;
  • Leverage market and competitor insights to define pricing, discounting, and optimize supply chain and distribution strategies
  • Proactively identify innovative solutions to customer, technical, and organisational challenges; demonstrate resilience and persistence in overcoming obstacles to achieve results
  • Foster strong cross‑functional relationships to deliver effective solutions for customers and partners, ensuring proactive communication and collaboration

  • Industry experience in Water Treatment for industrial sectors (e.g., microelectronics, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals)
