Job summary

Job description
  • General Contractor handling projects such as factories, bungalows, condos, A&A, R&R, ELU, and NRP works.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating architectural design details with Clients, Consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and manage the architectural work schedule in line with the Project Master Programme.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and control architectural subcontractors’ progress, quality, and site activities to prevent clashes and abortive work.
  • Review, update, and coordinate architectural drawings, including construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
  • Resolve site architectural issues such as drawing discrepancies, RFIs, technical queries, method statements, and correspondences.
  • Use BIM or equivalent tools for design coordination, clash detection, and technical resolution.
  • Prepare and submit materials, shop drawings, and method statements for Consultant and authority approval.
  • Supervise and inspect architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and CONQUAS / Quality Mark standards.
  • Coordinate material requisition, delivery, installation, mock-ups/testing, cost control, and assist QS in verifying subcontractor progress claims.
  • Maintain proper project documentation and support project handover, including As-Built drawings and O&M manuals.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Structural, Civil Engineering, or other related disciplines.
  • Good knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority submission processes (BCA, URA, SCDF, NEA, LTA, etc.).
  • Familiar with CONQUAS / Quality Mark standards and ISO quality documentation.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and other project coordination software.
