WTT Business Manager

As a WTT Business Manager, you will be a key force in expanding the commercial footprint of WTT - reporting to Business Director. You will be primarily responsible for developing new business partners, maintaining existing client relationships, and deeply exploring the commercial potential of table tennis. You must possess excellent sales skills, sharp market insight, and outstanding communication abilities, transforming WTT's top-tier event resources into exceptional commercial returns for partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Business Development & Sales: Proactively expand and identify potential sponsors and partners.

  • Proposal Development: Deeply understand client needs to tailor attractive and executable sponsorship cooperation proposals and rights packages.

  • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead or participate in business cooperation negotiations, prepare draft contracts, follow the contracting process, and finalize agreements.

  • Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for designated clients, maintaining and deepening long‑term strategic relationships with existing partners to ensure client satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS
Essentials:
  • Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in advertising sales or sports sponsorship sales is preferred.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from a domestic 985 university or a university ranked within the top 100 in the QS World University Rankings. Majors in Marketing, Business Management, Sports Management, or related fields are preferred.

  • Language Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English (mandatory). Must be able to use English fluently as a working language. Proficiency in additional languages is preferred.

  • Core Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; sharp market insight; excellent problem‑solving skills; genuine service orientation.

  • Deep understanding and passion for sports marketing; ability to adapt to frequent international and domestic travel.
