Job summary

Job description
Roles and Responsibilities

Familiar with general contracts and various tender documents.

Attend site showround with PM and/or Directors.

Prepare tender or costs estimates as per instruction.

Liaise with Client on Bills and Quantities and cost submissions.

Source for materials, suppliers and vendors to obtain and review quotes.

To evaluate and check on market unit rates periodically for material costs.

Coordinate with suppliers/sub-contractor regarding their products/ services and follow-up on bills and quantities.

Ensure contracts and procurement comply with safety and construction regulations.

Prepare structural shop drawings and As-built drawings using AutoCAD.

Prepare and oversee daily / weekly works progress and report to PM.

Responsible for Progress Claims, Variation Orders, and Final Accounts.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager to support project needs.

Requirements

Bachelor / Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering.

Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD

Excellent communication skills with proven ability to engage others

Organised, meticulous with positive work attitude
