Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is looking for an Assistant Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor (Tender). The ideal candidate will prepare cost estimates and manage tender submissions for construction projects. Responsibilities include leading tender processes, ensuring compliance with specifications, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates should have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in tendering roles. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with strong technical knowledge in structural and architectural works.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in tendering roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for tender submissions.
• Lead and review trade cost comparison sheets for compliance.
• Conduct quantity take-offs for structural and architectural works.
• Mentor junior Quantity Surveyors and assign tasks.
• Establish tender documentation and maintain cost libraries.
