Job summary

Job description

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:45pm
Working Location: Woodlands
Salary: Up to $7,500

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer contracts for electrical and/or mechanical projects from award to completion.
  • Handle contract documentation, variations, claims, and final accounts in accordance with contractual terms.
  • Perform quantity surveying duties including cost estimation, measurement, valuation, and cost control.
  • Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify contractual and commercial risks.
  • Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams on contract and cost-related matters.
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and payment claims to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Support negotiations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contract and cost issues.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract management and quantity surveying.
  • Possess knowledge in electrical or mechanical works.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration, variation management, and claims.
