Job summary
A global biotechnology company in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to support and independently lead protein expression projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, 2+ years of protein science experience, and excellent communication skills. This position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of protein science experience required.
- Solid technical background with practical proficiency.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Support senior managers in client updates and lead protein expression projects.
- Assist in evaluating complex projects and developing project strategy.
- Collaborate with commercial and production teams for timely project completion.

Reporting to: Principal Project Manager, RSBU
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Support senior managers in providing client updates and develop the capability to independently lead protein expression projects.
- Project Strategy: Assist in evaluating complex projects and develop skills to design project strategy and prepare service proposals for common targets, based on client needs and scientific analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with commercial and production teams to ensure the timely completion of projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Life Sciences (Masters' preferred) with 2+ years of protein science experience.
- Solid technical background with practical, hands-on proficiency.
- Exceptional client service ethos and a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure.
